Chris Wiley

Chris has consulted at the intersection of Technology and Mortgage for 2 decades.He spent tours with PwC and E&Y. His transition to Mortgage was via his teams at WaMu who subsumed the Thrift and S&L industry.  That led to a PwC project Chris where he helped launch MCT Trading.  He returned as COO in 2005 until the ’08 crash when he met the now TechMor team as they acquired his client.

Ned joined the Mortgage Industry via NationsBanc Mortgage in 1997 where he produced $100Million of new loans by year 2. In 2003 he cooperated with some Silicon Valley folks to introduce an early version of computer driven Loan Processing through Baton Processing,
which became a preferred processing partner for Originators specializing in ‘B/C Lending’.
After the crash, Ned joined Chris Wiley to build out and manage a boutique Loss Mitigation firm originating FHA 10-23 balance forgiveness mortgages as a resource for distressed mortgage investors until FHA sun-setted that program in 2016. Ned helped evolve the infrastructure of this initiative into a ‘last chance’ mortgage brokerage by managing Lead Gen, Call Center, and LOS integration. Ned joined Chris at TechMor Services to manage engagements in 2018.

Chris helped lead the practical implementation of our AI and Machine Learning since 2017.  He helped lead their transformation from full-doc manual underwriting as contract services, with thousands of employees, into a spinoff as TechMor.  Since its debut in 2019, TechMor quietly emerged as the dominant AI/ML UW Platform with 500,000+ files delivered, including Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA, & NonQM.
